1-2-1/Group Coaching

Empower and support working parents on their journey of being employees and parents

Programmes tailored to provide a safe space where working parents are able to share experiences without facing judgement

1-2-1/Group Coaching

1-2-1 Coaching and Group Coaching empower working parents in their journey to gather the confidence and competence they need by counselling them through the challenges of juggling work and family responsibilities.

An ICF trained coach, Amit’s sessions are specifically tailored to meet the unique challenges faced by the busy parents within your organisation based on their personality type, communication style and individual traits.

Group coaching enables group members to improve their reflection proficiency, engage in constructive conversations around shared parenting experiences, improve their problem-solving skills and build their reframing and questioning abilities. This ultimately fosters a sense of community and a growth mindset that allows them to build an ideal life-work balance.

1-2-1 Parenting Coaching is a more suitable option for working parents who would benefit more from an individualised approach, from new parents who are feeling overwhelmed about their new roles and responsibilities to parents who are going through a significant life transition and need applicable strategies to tackle the new challenges.

Both pathways include programmes tailored to provide a safe space where working parents are able to share experiences without facing judgement. This engagement allows us to track the progress and connect with each individual to understand their specific challenges.
