Meet The Team

Amit Kalley working parent company

Amit Kalley. Co-Founder, Head Coach & Trainer

A former Deputy Headteacher in secondary education, I am the primary facilitator of the various workshops that we offer. As an ICF trained coach, I also specialise in running the coaching sessions that make such a difference to working parents.

I love travelling and have visited several amazing places around the world, all helping shape who I am today. Having lost my mother to ovarian cancer, I’ve raised substantial amounts for charities by doing things well outside of my comfort zone, such as jumping out of a plane from 12,000 feet.

Jaspreet Kalley. Co-Founder, Head of Operations

An ACCA qualified accountant, I specialise in running the operations of For Working Parents. I build our programmes and liaise with organisations to ensure they’re getting the very best support in being more inclusive for their working parents.

Raised in Tanzania, I have a passion for wildlife and the environment. I’ve visited National Parks all over Tanzania and East Africa and support conservation efforts in my homeland to protect endangered species from extinction.

‘Our staff has benefited immensely from the coaching programme that has been delivered with research and empathy at its core.’

Canberra Metro Corporation.

‘As a parent, the coaching programme has helped me understand my role as a parent and an employee and it has allowed me to find the perfect balance between both. I feel so much better about myself now and so much more empowered.’

Individual Parent.

‘The feedback from our parents and staff has been overwhelmingly positive. They found the sessions educational, factual, and incredibly necessary. Many remarked on how informative, friendly, and engaging the presentations were and how difficult topics were handled with sensitivity and understanding.’
